Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves. Our father Robert Fortner brought the franchise right to Sir PIZZA of Tennessee in 1965 from Muncie Indiana. Dad bought the franchise from Bob Swartz who helped his Mom and Dad expand their family business "PIZZA KING" to include franchising as "SIR PIZZA" outside Indiana. As a FAMILY we opened our first store in Jackson Heights Plaza. My Sister waited tables, I ran ovens, Dad ran the register and my Brother helped our Mom in the Commissary. The Commissary is the workhorse of Sir PIZZA. It takes the prep work off of the retail stores. |
